How To Order

Products may be purchased at the Galaxy Garden Visitor Center. Products can also be purchased by mail order. Mail orders can be paid by credit card, $US money orders and personal checks drawn on a US bank. If paying by check, your order will be shipped after your check has cleared.

When ordering by mail, please be sure to include the following information:

- List of products ordered, including product name, size, price and quantity.
- Be sure to add the correct shipping and handling charge to your order total.
- Your name and address and telephone number for delivery.
- If paying by credit card: card number and expiration date.

Shipping and Handling (Mail Orders Only)

A shipping and handling charge applies to all mail orders. The charge is $10 for US delivery and $15 for foreign delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on Galaxy Garden merchandise. Goods may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued for the original order amount less shipping and handling charges. Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Please contact us before returning an item for exchange or refund. We will advise you on how and where to return the item to ensure that you receive prompt service. Please return items in their original packaging whenever possible.
